With an in house qualified architect, we can liaise comfortably with other architects and design consultants, understand fully the design intent, complete the Employer's requirements, and deliver the project without misunderstandings and disputes.

Waites Interiors has the back up to carry out complete design and build or traditional contracts, on a range of projects. Or we can just offer commercial support, or technical support to projects. We offer Waites Package management, which has pioneered the development of our comprehensive and innovative portfolio of trades. This system that we deploy throughout our business operation and acts as a one stop shop management style. When our clients only require specific trades, we offer professional tradesman from our partnering companies to carry out works on all interfacing packages with only one point of contact to deal with interfacing packages, such as Drylining, Carpentry, Painting & Decorating, Floor Covering, Tiling and Mechanical & Electrical, which causes the client unrest will fall under our company profile. This will help the client, as they will only one point of contact when dealing with commercial issues, but will also give you the same amount of personnel at site level. This is designed to maximize your production but minimize the client's administration of the account, also helping to control the liability of the account value. Alternatively should you also require all trade operatives on a labour hire basis we are able to suit your requirements on a very competitive basis. We are able to advise on programming and buildability, including fostering the role of the clients, representative and meet directly with architects and planners via our own in house Architect for solution and resolution, including his consultants of a particular project. We have been working for the last three years in partnership with Kier, on their projects within the London Borough of Islington on their HFI (Homes for Islington) programme. We carry out the works packages in terms of performance and budget allied to your Framework rates.
